1. Acceptance

By creating a BojanBox account you agree to these terms. BojanBox (operated by Rakshith N as a sole proprietor, Bengaluru) connects home chefs, delivery agents, and subscribers; we are not the producer, deliverer, or insurer of any meal.

2. Eligibility

You must be 18 or older and resident in India. Chefs must hold a valid FSSAI registration. Delivery agents must hold a valid driving licence (where applicable) and a verifiable Aadhaar.

3. Subscriptions and one-time orders

Subscriptions auto-renew at the start of each cycle unless cancelled before the cutoff specified at checkout. One-time orders are charged in full at the time of placement. Skip and pause cutoffs vary by chef and are shown on each delivery card.

4. Conduct

Abusive, harassing, or fraudulent behaviour toward chefs, agents, customers, or BojanBox staff is grounds for immediate suspension. Repeated cancellations or no-shows count against your reliability score.

5. Pricing & payments

Meal prices are set by the chef and shown inclusive of all charges except the flat delivery fee (₹15 per meal where the chef opts in to delivery). Razorpay handles all payment processing — we never see your card details. UPI, debit/credit cards, and net banking are supported.

6. Liability

BojanBox's liability for any claim arising from a meal or delivery is capped at the amount paid for that specific meal. We are not liable for medical reactions to allergens you have not declared in your dietary profile.

7. Refunds and cancellations

Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy and cancellations by our Cancellation Policy. Both are part of these terms by reference.

8. Intellectual property

All content on the BojanBox app and website (logos, copy, the BojanBox name) belongs to BojanBox. Chefs retain ownership of their menu photos, recipe text, and personal brand; by uploading you grant BojanBox a non-exclusive licence to display them within the platform.

9. Changes

We may update these terms with at least 7 days' notice via in-app push and email. Continued use after the notice period means acceptance.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Bengaluru, Karnataka.
