Cancellation Policy

1. Subscriber-initiated cancellation
Cancel a subscription any time from Order detail → Cancel subscription in the app. Unserved meals are refunded per the Refund Policy. BojanBox does not penalise cancellations — there are no cancellation fees, no minimum commitment, and no waiting period.
2. Skip vs cancel
Skipping a single meal extends your subscription by a day; cancelling the entire subscription refunds the value of unserved meals. Skip cutoff is set by the chef and is typically 12 hours before the scheduled delivery slot.
3. Custom-order cancellation
Cancellation rules for custom orders depend on lead time:
More than 48 hours before the scheduled delivery — full refund. 24–48 hours — 50% refund. Less than 24 hours — no refund (the chef has already begun preparation). See the Refund Policy for full detail.
4. Chef-initiated cancellation
If a chef pauses for an extended period, BojanBox ops may cancel affected subscriptions on the chef's behalf and issue refunds to subscribers. You will receive at least 24 hours' notice via push notification and email.
5. Delivery-partner-initiated cancellation
If a delivery agent cancels mid-flight, the delivery returns to the queue; another agent typically claims within minutes. Repeated agent cancellations on the same delivery flip the order to "failed" and trigger a refund per the Refund Policy.
6. BojanBox-initiated cancellation
We may cancel an order or suspend an account if we detect fraudulent payment activity, repeated violations of our Terms of Service, or risk to other users on the platform. In these cases the meal value is fully refunded.
7. Force majeure
Events outside our control (severe weather, civic disruption, regulatory suspension) may force cancellation of in-flight deliveries. We refund all affected meals to the original payment method.
